2. The petitioner obtained an order for conducting survey. Admittedly, the petitioner is not having separate patta. But this is a case of joint patta. Co-pattadars are raising objections. The civil suit is also pending. There are several factual aspects are involved. The petitioner has to establish his rights only before the jurisdictional civil Court. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
