This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7366 of 2024, dated 22.05.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent strongly objects to allow this petition that the petitioner has involved in the offence under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 @ 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
