RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition made in Para No.7(b) of the order dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9915 of 2020 as follows : "7(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,56,000 (Rupees Seven lakhs fifty six thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Karur by way of demand draft, without prejudice to his right contention before the trial Court" Instead of existing condition as follows: "7(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,56,000 (Rupees Seven lakhs fifty six thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.

1, Karur without prejudice to his right contention before the trial Court ". Order :This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.THIRUNEELAKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition made in para 7(b)of the order dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.OP(MD)No.9915 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.5048 of 2020 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the condition imposed by this Court in para 7(b) of the order dated 17.09.2020 in Crl.OP(MD) No.9915 of 2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,56,000/- to the credit of Crime No.10 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur by way of Demand Draft without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the trial Court. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
