ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to issue Non Traceable Certificate in respect of Original Deed in Document No.650/1994, on the file of the Seranmahadevi Sub Registrar in CSR.No.185 of 2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police has assigned CSR.No.185 of 2022 and on enquiry, they found that there is no evidence to show that the original deed in Document No.650/1994 was missed.

3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed.
