COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed challenging the impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent herein in No.3239/2020, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)Nos.13835 and 13855 of 2020 dated 31.05.2020 and also direct the respondents herein to sanction and disburse forthwith the salary payable to the petitioner from June 2020 onwards.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that these writ petitions were filed to challenge the suspension order of the second respondent. However, pending these writ petitions, the second respondent terminated the petitioners and the same has been challenged and this Court had granted an order of interim stay in W.P.(MD)Nos.14195 and 14147 of 2020, dated 12.10.2020, against the termination order passed by the second respondent. Therefore, the cause in the writ petition merged with the cause of the W.P.(MD)Nos.14195 and 14147 of 2020 and there is nothing survives for further adjudication in these writ petitions.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
