O RDER The petitioner has filed this petition, seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.71 of 2024 on the file of the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had sexually harassed the defacto complainant, abused her in filthy language and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and this case has been foisted against the petitioners and they have amicably settled the issue between them.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submits that it is a matter for trial and these grounds can be raised before the trial Court.

5.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

6.Though the petitioners have raised several grounds, this Court is of the opinion that it can be appreciated only during the trial. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all these grounds before the trial Court, during the trial and the learned Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District, is directed to complete the trial process within a period of six months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
