This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.801 of 2019 dated 02.09.2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.801 of 2019 and filed final report before the concerned Court. Hence, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous.
