ORDER
The petitioner, claiming to be a victim of financial fraud, has approached this Court, seeking a direction to the Government to attach the properties of M/s.Neomax Properties India Ltd. as identified by her, through Document Nos.4506/2022, 5094/2022, 2283/2023 & 2284/2023, all the house site plots in Survey Nos.561 & 562, Alanganallur Sub Division, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering her representation dated 02.04.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the said properties are the properties of fraud committed by M/s.Neomax Properties India Ltd., which is an accused in Cr.No.3 of 2023.
3. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the above properties have already been identified by the investigating agency that they have been acquired from the crime amount and therefore, the investigating agency has recommended for attachment of the above properties. The Government has considered the request of the investigating agency and passed an order of interim attachment, vide G.O.Ms.No.195, Home (Police-XIX) Department, dated 08.03.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submits that based on the interim attachment, vide G.O.Ms.No.195, further steps have been taken by filing necessary application for regular attachment before TNPID Court and the same is pending in O.S.No.20 of 2024.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed as the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been addressed by the Department. 02.06.2025 Index : Yes / No.
