ORDER
The petitioner has acquired B.A., and B.Ed., degrees in Tamil subject. In addition thereto, she has also taken part in TET conducted in 2013 and passed the same with 88% marks. However, since weightage marks system was introduced in G.O.Ms.No.71, School Education Department, dated 30.05.2014, the petitioner could not get selected in the recruitment process held in the year 2013. Subsequently, there was no TET conducted for long time except the one conducted recently in the month of April 2017. Now, the results of the said examination are also published and the recruitment process is going to be initiated. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation requesting the respondents to give preference for seniority in acquiring TET in the recruitment to the post of B.T. Assistant by giving necessary weightage marks for the candidates like the one who acquired TET earlier.
Since the said representation is not yet disposed of, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 23.03.2017 and pass orders within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
