Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.9/2021 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A5, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420, 120(b) and 109 of IPC in Crime No.9 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.This Court has directed the Registry to delete the name of the learned counsel for the petitioner and post the matter under the caption for dismissal and also to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list.
3.Today, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner. 4.It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that for the past eight hearings, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner herein.
