2. The petitioner has made a representation on 20.01.2025, to issue patta in his name. The petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of said representation.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
