This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for lay boundary stones in the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No. 1068/14B, situated at Krishnan Kovil Street, Rayagiri Village, Tenkasi District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police have not taken any action on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.09.2021 against the respondents 4 to 7. 2/5
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.09.2021, C.S.R.No.719 of 2021 has been given and an enquiry has been conducted. After enquiry, both the parties gave a statement that they have not involved any problem with regard to the land and not to interfere with each other. Hence, the complaint has been closed.
