O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnor for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD) No.23814 of 2023 dated 29.09.2023.

2. Heard, the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court by an order dated 29.09.2023, directed the contemnor herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019, and approve the appointment of the petitioner as Record Clerk forthwith.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2019 was considered and her appointment was approved as Record Clerk vide proceedings dated 10.03.2025.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the arrears of salary is not paid.

6. In reply to the same, the learned Government Advocate submitted that once the proposal received from the school regarding arrears of salary, the steps would be taken to settle the arrears of salary 2/4

to the petitioner.
