This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb for carrying out the agricultural operations in respect of the petitioner's share of 14.40 cents lands comprised in S. Nos.749/2B of an extent of 82 cents and also landed property comprised in S. No.748/2 of an extent of 1A 15 cents and S.No.750/2 measuring 83 cents, totaling an extent of 2.80 cents and Survey No.733 of an extent of 51 cents, situated Page No. 2 of 5
at Kansapuram Village, Koomapatti, Virudhunagar District, on the Judgment rendered by the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Watrap in Crl.M.P.No.344 of 2024 dated 28.01.2025 and also by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, the petitioner sent a representation dated 06.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and FIR in Crime No.73 of 2025 was registered. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the respondents 3 and 4, is inclined to pass orders.
5. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered Page No. 3 of 5
and FIR in Crime No.73 of 2025 was registered, no further order is required to be passed in this case.
