Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for TANGEDCO and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Information Commission.

2. The petitioner sought information in respect of the transaction that had happened several years ago. The authority took the stand that the relevant files are not available and therefore, it is not possible to furnish formation. Questioning the same, the petitioner filed an appeal and then second appeal before the Commission.

3. I take judicial notice of the fact that Information Commission is loaded with thousands of second appeals. Therefore, it is not possible for this Court to permit the petitioner to jump the queue. 2/4
