ORDER

The petitioner got married to the respondent on 16.06.2016. The relationship appears to have come under strain. Hence, the respondent filed H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2018 before the Sub Court, Theni seeking divorce. The petitioner on the other hand filed H.M.O.P.No.724 of 2018 before the Family Court, Madurai for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. In the very nature of things, both the cases will have to be heard together. Therefore, in the interest of justice, this Court withdraws H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2018 from the file of the Sub Court, Theni and transfers the same to Family Court, Madurai. The Sub Court, Theni is directed to transfer the entire records in H.M.O.P.No.183 of 2018 to the transferee Court forthwith.

3. Thus, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
