(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Pattimandram, Dance Programme [Aadal Padal] and music orchestra from 05.07.2017 to 14.07.2017, in the eve of Aani Thiruvila to Arul Migu Veeramakaliamman Thiru Kovil", situated at Aathalur Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District, pursuant to the petition dated 30.06.2017.
2.The writ petitioner has submitted a representation in this regard on 30.06.2017.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court passes the following order:- ● The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the writ petitioner to conduct " Pattimandram, Dance Programme [Aadal Padal] and music orchestra programme" in connection with ''Aani Thiruvila" Arul Migu Veeramakaliamman Thiru Kovil", situated at Aathalur Village, Peravurani Taluk, Thanjavur District, subject to the following conditions: ● The event shall be conducted in an organised and peaceful manner without causing any law and order problem. ● There shall not be any obscene or vulgar scenes during the dance performance by any one of the participants or others. ● The programme timings shall be between 06.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. from 05.07.2017 to 14.07.2017.
● If there is any violation of the above said conditions, the second respondent or the duly authorised officer is entitled to take necessary action as per law and stop such performance.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs.
