ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V. BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the 3rd respondent kidnapped her daughter/detenue, the petitioner gave a complaint before the 2nd respondent police. As no action has been taken, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Today, the detenue is produced before this Court and she has stated that, she was not illegally detained, she on her own, went out of the house, along with the 3rd respondent. As on today, the detenue is major and she stated that she is willing to go with the 3rd respondent only, and she is not willing to go with her parents, who are present, before this Court.
