ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 29.04.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.10519 of 2024.

2. It is brought to notice of this Court that the TamilNadu Public Service Commission has filed an writ appeal in W.A.(MD).No.2455 of 2024 as against the order made in W.P.MD).No.10519 of 2024 dated 29.04.2024. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has disposed of the said writ appeal with an observation that the contempt petitioner would not be entitle to seek any favourable orders for selection pursuant to the memorandum of the TNPSC dated 17.05.2024 and further granted liberty to the contempt petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the TNPSC in memorandum No.271/PSDA2/2022 dated 17.05.2024, in the manner known to law. 3.Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed. 05.12.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No gvn 2/4
