Prayer :- Transfer CMP filed under section 24 of CPC to Withdraw the suit in O.S.No.342 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Tirunelveli and transfer the same to the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli for having joint trial along with O.S.No.205 of 2022 pending on its file. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 13.06.2023 and the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli requisition letter submitted by the vide the letter in D.No.130/2024 dated 31.01.2024 this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.342 of 2021 on or before 31.07.2023. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.06.
2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.342 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Thirunelveli on or before 31.07.2023. Now the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in O.S.No.342 of 2021 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thirunelveli. The learned trial Judge is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
