ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court, dated 28.11.2023, made in W.P(MD)No.24732 of 2023.
2.By the said order, the following direction had been given by the Division Bench:
'3.In view of the above facts and circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to conduct field inspection by affording opportunity to all the parties and if any unauthorized construction are identified, appropriate actions are to be initiated to demolish such unauthorized construction. Such an exercise is directed to be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.'
3.Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied 2/5
with and the unauthorized construction made by the private parties, having been identified, was dismantled and in order to establish the said fact, a set of photographs have also been filed by the learned Government Pleader before this Court for our perusal. The said photographs have already been circulated to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who on receipt of the same expressed satisfaction that the orders of this Court have been complied with.
4.In view of the said compliance, recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
