This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and consequently to direct them not to interfere with the civil dispute in the guise of enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the main petition itself was closed. The respondent police has not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. Therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass him and the respondent police also denied the harassment and the main complaint was also closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
