2. Objecting to the proposed place for setting up a TASMAC shop, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned Counsel for the second respondent has submitted that a proposal has been sent to the first respondent, which is pending consideration.

4. In such view of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2018, which is pending with him, at the time of considering the proposal sent by the second respondent.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
