PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.172 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested on 27.05.2022, in pursuant to PT Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri in Crime No.172 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.Reading of petition shows that in this case, the petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16333 of 2021, by this Court, on 26.10.2021. But, he did not execute sureties before the concerned Court. Later he was implicated in Crime No.128 of 2022 and remanded to judicial custody in the said case. When the petitioner was in prison, PT warrant was issued in this case and produced before the concerned Court and thereby, he was remanded into judicial custody.

3.Considering the above facts, the period of incarceration and the petitioner was already released on anticipatory bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

CRL OP(MD). No.11410 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two common sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30am, until further orders.
