ORDER

The petitioners seek issuance of writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2025

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Based on the separate patta mutated in the name of the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner has sought for issue of patta in a favour of him and he has given a representation on 17.04.2025.

4. In the light of the above and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, considering the separate 2/4

patta already issued to the petitioner's vendor and to issue separate patta already issued to the petitioner's vendor, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
