ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the Appellant, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 851 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.14,175/- in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to be deposited in Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai (Current A/C.No.7087208431 IFSC.No.IDIDI1000H040), for the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Advocates Welfare Fund, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
