ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Madurai Municipal Corporation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel submitted that the petitioner's request was already rejected on 31.03.2022. The petitioner has to necessarily question the same in the manner known to law. Leaving open the petitioner's contentions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
