2. The petitioner was working in the third respondent Society as Clerk. He was terminated from service. Now the third respondent Society itself has been closed. The petitioner wants the Society building to be opened. The petitioner may not have any locus standi to make such a demand. It is for the respondents to take a call in the matter. The writ petitioner has no legal interest to maintain the writ prayer. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
