This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing respondents to consider the petitioner`s representation dt 19.08.2020 in pursuance of RBI circular on the Resolution Frame work for Covid-19 related stress dt 6 August 2020(August 6 Circular). 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the matter has already been settled between the parties as the loan amount itself has been closed. To substantiate the same, the closure letter issued by the bank dated 22.07.2021 has also been placed before this Court. Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
