O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb in enjoying the property in respect of the property comprised in S.No.429/4, Soolakarai village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar from the unlawful and high-handed activities of the fourth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the abovesaid property and there are tenancy dispute between the petitioner and fourth respondent, due to which, two suits in O.S.Nos.31 and 106 of 2003 were filed before the Principal Page No. 2 of 5

District Munsif Court, Arupukkottai and the same were decreed in favour of the petitioner, against which, the defendants filed A.S.No.20 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Aruppukkottai and the same was also dismissed. Further, S.A(MD) No.596 of 2019 was filed before this Court and the same was also dismissed. While so, now, the fourth respondent causes disturbance to enter into the petitioner property and causes life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 18.03.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents would submit that they have not received the representation of the petitioner so far. If they received the representation, they will conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the Page No. 3 of 5

representation of the petitioner is not received by the respondents, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 09.05.2025 for enquiry along with the representation and thereafter, the third respondent is directed to take appropriate action and dispose of the same in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
