ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ A2 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 4(1) (a),4(1-A),4(1)(i) and 24 A of TNP Act in Crime No.86 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 23 numbers of TASMAC (each containing 180ml) brandy liquor bottles Hence the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 13 similar previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD). No.8959 of 2023 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
