3.The learned Government Advocate informs the Court that the petitioner was unsuccessful before the Civil Court and suppressed the same. Be that as it may, it is stated by the third respondent that he will not interfere in the pending civil dispute. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
