This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the third respondent, issued during September, 2018 and the consequential proceedings, dated 25.06.2020.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 and 6 were insisting that the School should submit the bills through IFHRMS in order to pay the salary of the Teachers and thereby, the power that has been conferred on the School Secretary has been taken away.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the official respondents submitted that the School has already agreed to pay the salary to the Teachers through IFHRMS. The relevant letter dated 17.02.2023, was placed before this Court and it is also stated that from August, 2023, this procedure is followed.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
