Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry in respect of the complaint made by the 3rd respondent.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry in respect of the complaint made by the 3rd respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the complaint was given by the 3rd respondent and the nature of the complaint was matrimonial dispute. In view of the same the same has been forwarded to the Social Welfare Officer and enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.257 of 2018 before the Social Welfare Officer.

3. Till the report received from the Social Welfare officer the 1st respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
