ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner got married to one Anand on 18.10.2020. Their matrimonial relationship has come under strain. Hence, she lodged a complaint before the respondent. It appears that a counter complaint has also been received. All that the petitioner wants is that the respondent should not keep the complaint pending. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to enquire into the petition mentioned complaint and give a disposal to the same on merits and in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
