the petitioner as P.G Assistant(Physics) in any one of the available vacancies in and around Madurai district, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2016, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 and to pass orders, within a time frame. 2.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 seeking to transfer and post him as P.G Assistant(Physics) in any one of the available vacancies in and around Madurai District, and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.1045 of 2017 is closed.
