This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned summon, dated 06.06.2024 issued by the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the enquiry was conducted and closed on 01.10.2024 and the impugned summons was issued for the appearance of the petitioner on 08.06.2024 and the date is also lapsed. Therefore, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.Since the summons was issued only for appearance of the petitioner and the date was lapsed and the enquiry was also closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
