O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking ordinary leave for the Life Convict Prisoner, Perumal @ Pethaperumal, C.P.No.23331, the petitioner gave a representation and thereafter, filed the present writ petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the leave application has been rejected by the Deputy Inspector General of Prison, Trichy, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.13315 of 2022 by order, dated 25.06.2022 and furnished a copy of the same to this Court. The order, dated 25.06.2022, has also been served on the convict prisoner. However, we furnish a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
