The writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos.1 to 4 to take necessary action against the 5th respondent to return the petitioner's two daughters' namely Meenalmozhni and Shanmuga Priya's Mark list and Transfer Certificate within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2017. 2.Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing this writ petition, on 07.07.2017, the fifth respondent has issued the original certificates as required by the petitioner and therefore, prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said statement, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
