ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to initiate appropriate legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner preferred a complaint before the 1st respondent on 08.02.2023 and the same was forwarded to the 2nd respondent, who in turn issued summon to the petitioner for enquiry and the petitioner has also appeared for enquiry on 18.02.2023. However, till date, no further action has been taken by the 2nd respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid relief.

3.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), who took notice on behalf of the respondents, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.02.2023, summons were issued to the parties concerned and the enquiry would be completed within a period to be stipulated by this Court. 2/4

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
