Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 17.08.2018 sent by the second respondent in e-mail insisting production of No Objection Certificate from the government quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to admit the petitioner in Ph.D.Programme for Genetics and Plant Breeding conducted by the second respondent University.

O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court challenging the order of the second respondent dated 17.08.2018 insisting on production of "No Objection Certificate" from the Government for the purpose of admitting the petitioner in Ph.D Programme for Genetics and Plant Breeding conducted by the second respondent University. 2.When the matter was taken up for admission on 20.08.2018, this Court has ordered interim injunction as prayed for and posted the matter for further hearing.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent University produced a proceedings dated 27.08.2018, stating that the candidates including https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner herein have been admitted to the Ph.D Programme, without insisting "No Objection Certificate" from the Government. 4.Recording the said communication, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
