Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to constitute a committee under the Chairmanship of the 3rd respondent and to help the company to clear the apprehension of the General Public regarding our company's license and initiate appropriate action as against the respondents 5 to 11 based on the representation sent by the petitioner dated 17.04.2017.

ORDER

Even though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer to the extent that he has already filed a complaint against the respondents 5 to 11 before the second respondent herein, which was forwarded to the fourth respondent and now it is pending before the fourth respondent and therefore, it would be suffice if a direction is given to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondents 5 to 11. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions from the fourth respondent submitted that the petitioner's complaint is pending before the fourth respondent and investigation is going on. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent is directed to expedite enquiry and complete enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently W.M.P (MD).No.9653 of 2017 is closed.
