This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission itself.
2. Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. The petitioner appears to have made an application for regularization of unapproved layout on 26.01.2024 pursuant to the G.O.(Ms). No.118, Housing and Urban Development (U.D.4(1)) Department, dated 04.09.2023. The application was also received by the first respondent pursuant to the order passed by the first respondent on 13.12.2024. After the Writ Petition was filed, the petitioner has now received communications, dated 25.04.2025 and 12.05.2025, 2/4
pursuant to which the petitioner appears to have paid a sum of Rs.52,956/- towards development charges, Rs.1,11,208/- towards regularization charges and Rs.11,500/- towards scrutinizing fee.
4. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the second respondent will pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and the petitioner shall pay requisite fee, if any.
