ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1,2,3,5 and 8, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 427, 341, 323, 324 and 307 IPC in Crime No.58 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution as per the de-facto complainant, is that due to the dispute in the family regarding property the accused abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that five previous cases are pending against the petitioners.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the the petitioners herein came to the house of the defacto complainant and attacked him in front of his pregnant wife and caused severe injuries, therefore this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
