ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SANKARA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.A.PUNITHAN, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to grant special leave to file the above Criminal Appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the signature has been admitted by the respondent and on that basis conviction and sentence has been imposed by the trial Court and the same was reversed by the appellate Court stating that the appellant has not established the legally enforceable liability. According to him, defence was not properly considered. It is a matter for consideration in the appeal.

3.On that ground leave granted.
