Respondents PRAYER:Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.145/A1/2017 dated 31.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to cancel the document registered vide No.697/2014 dated 07.03.2014 on the file of the second respondent office.

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings passed by the first respondent in Se.Mu.Aa.No.145/A1/2017 dated 31.05.2017 and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to cancel the document registered vide No.697/2014 dated 07.03.2014 on the file of the second respondent office.

2.Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner is having an appeal remedy before the Inspector General of Registration. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration.

3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Inspector General of Registration within period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
