ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 IPC and Section 81 Enquiry report of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that no case has been registered as against the petitioner. However, on verification, the respondent police has found that an enquiry has been contemplated as against the petitioner for the offence under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that since no case has been registered against the petitioner, there is no apprehension of arrest.
