O R D E R
The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent allowing the application filed by the third respondent seeking issuance of patta in the name of the third respondent.
2.Challenging the order passed by the second respondent granting transfer of patta in the name of the third respondent, the Petitioner herein filed a revision before the first respondent on 28.09.2024.The same is also included in the typed set of papers. Even in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, in paragraph No.5, it is clearly stated by the Petitioner that the revision filed by him before the first respondent has not been considered till date.
3.Since the Petitioner has got an alternative remedy of revision before the District Revenue Officer and he already availed the same by filing a revision before the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. 2/5
4.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision filed by the Petitioner, dated 28.09.2024 and dispose of the same after issuing notice to the necessary parties, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
