ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- These petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not known of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that already they were granted anticipatory bail in the year 2012. He further submitted that final report is yet to be completed and they were called for enquiry, but they failed to do so.
