ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 23.02.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.4184 of 2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the fourth respondent has initiated action as per the orders of this Court and the aggrieved party has approached this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7403 of 2024 and obtained interim orders. In such circumstances, no contempt is made out. It is for the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending writ petition.
